The perfection of Raman spectroscopic gas densimeters

چکیده
Abstract Raman spectroscopy can be used to determine density of gases, because the energy fundamental vibrational modes is affected by intermolecular distances. The key problem estimation exact peak positions bands, analyses require a precision that mostly less than pixel resolution modern spectrometers. A new method bands and atomic emission lines in discontinuous spectrum without numerical manipulations tested this study: modified scanning multichannel technique. Relocation gratings with Sinus Arm Drive performed over distance only fraction size allows position estimations precisions smaller uncertainty estimation. This was not determined previous studies about gas densimeters, resulting large variety inconsistent data. fluid inclusions quartz. In this study several samples of glass-ceramics have been prepared using both heat treatment and sol-gel processes. The structure and bioactivity of these samples based on their interaction with simulated body fluid (SBF) have been determined. In-vitor, using the Raman s...
متن کاملRaman spectroscopic measurements of synthetic gas hydrates in the ocean
A Raman spectrometer extensively modified for deep ocean use was used to measure synthetic hydrates formed in an ocean environment. This was the first time hydrates formed in the ocean have been measured in situ using Raman spectroscopy. Gas hydrates were formed in situ in the Monterey Bay by pressurizing a Pyrex cell with various gas mixtures. Raman spectra were obtained for sI methane hydrate...

Background and Aims: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a preferred cell source for the generation of hepatocyte-like cells in regenerative medicine. They can be isolated from different sources, including adipose tissues. The Raman spectroscopy approach was evaluated for quick and efficient identification of MSCs differentiation status and a broader perspective on cell differentiation. Material...

Polyfluorenes reveal a complex interplay between emissive properties and intraand intermolecular structure. Vibrational frequencies and intensities determined by Raman spectroscopy are strongly influenced by variations in the backbone as well as side chain conformations.
